The challenge

Almost everyone arriving at an ISP site wants one of three things: to see the packages, to check coverage, or to log in and pay a bill. Existing subscribers and prospective ones want completely different pages, and sending either to the wrong one loses them. Broadband is also sold on claims that every provider makes in the same words - fast, unlimited, reliable, always supported. Repeating them is unavoidable; the site had to make them concrete enough to be worth reading.
02

The approach

Packages get a top-level slot in the navigation and a direct call to action in the hero, because for a prospective subscriber that page is the product. Client login sits in the header, visually separated from the marketing navigation, so returning subscribers can skip the sales path entirely. Rather than asserting speed in prose, the hero pairs each claim with the figure behind it and shows service tiers as a network diagram - the hub, the connection types, and the speed attached to each. It is the same information a coverage conversation would produce, presented once, up front. Bundled extras the ISP actually operates - media, FTP and TV servers - are given their own section rather than buried in a feature list, since they are the genuine differentiator against a competitor selling the same megabits.
03

The build

A dark interface built around a single accent, with the network diagram drawn as animated SVG rather than shipped as an image, so it stays sharp at any viewport and costs almost nothing to load. Blog and package pages share one layout, so adding a tier or publishing a notice is a content change rather than a build change.

Speed, customer count, uptime and support figures shown on the site are Dupchanchia Online’s own claims about its service, presented as the client provided them.
